Step 1
Preheat oven to 190 degrees
Spread tomato sauce over each of the bagel halves
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the tomato
Add your toppings
Top them up with extra shredded cheese
Sprinkle on your seasoning of choice
Put your bagel halves on the baking sheet
Bake for 5- 8 minutes (until cheese bubbles)
Let cool for a minute
