Flatten the pork chop with a wooden hammer.
Step 2
Mix plain flour and corn flour in 1 to 1 ratio.
Step 3
Beat an egg in a bowl.

Dip the pork chop in the egg and cover it with the flour mixture.
Step 5
Dip it into the egg again and cover with bread crumbs.
Step 6
Sprinkle some pepper and salt onto it.
Step 7
Deep-fry the pork chop until its cooked.
Step 8
Slice the pork chop and serve.
