Ingredients
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 1 pint milk
- 100g grated cheddar
- 1 tsp grated parmesan
- Pinch of nutmeg
- ½ tsp cracked black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the 2 tbsp cornflour with a little of the milk until dissolved, add to the rest of the milk and mix.
Step 2
Pour mix into a saucepan and simmer for 3 minutes. The mixture has to boil to thicken.
Step 3
Once thickened add the parmesan and cheddar and stir until melted.
Step 4
Add the nutmeg and cracked black pepper and mix well.
Tastes wonderful on top of lasagna or moussaka
