Ingredients

  • 2 Garlic and Coriander Naan breads
  • 300g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 large red onion, chopped
  • 280ml single cream
  • Bunch of dill and/or parsley, chopped
  • knob of butter
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Place the naan breads in an oven 180C for approx 10 minutes, until slightly toasted.

Step 2

Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the onions and mushrooms. Cook until soft and pour in the cream, add the dill, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Heat through and it's ready.

Step 3

Pour the mushrooms in cream over the naan breads and enjoy! Simple, quick and delicious!

I sometimes add shredded chicken or bacon for a fuller meal.
