Ingredients
- 3 Tins of Chickpeas
- 1 tbs oil
- To this add 2 finely sliced onions
- Cool till golden in colour
- Add 1/2 tbs mixed masala
- 1/4 turmeric
- 1/4 danhiya
- Cherry tomatoes

Step 1
In a heated pan add
1 tbs oil
To this add 2 finely sliced onions
Cool till golden in colour
Add 1/2 tbs mixed masala
1/4 turmeric
1/4 danhiya
Cook for 2-5 min on low heat add Chickpeas and a hand full of cherry tomatoes
Cook a further 3-5 min
Garnish with coriander
