- Large head of broccoll
- 4 Chicken breasts
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 tablespoons of oi
- knob of butter
- cornflour
- 1/4 pint of milk
- 250g of mushrooms
- 2 teaspoons of curry powder
- New potatoes to accompany

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 C and season chicken breasts with salt & pepper, then roast chicken breasts on baking tray until brownish
Step 2
Par-boil broccoli for 3 mins, then cut up broccoli into small pieces to cover bottom of casserole dish.
Step 3
Cut chicken breasts into cubes and layer over broccoli.
Step 4
For the sauce-melt butter and add cornflour to make roux. Add milk and use mayonnaise to thicken if required.
Step 5
Put new potatoes on to boil and vergetables if required.
Fry mushrooms and add to sauce, add 2 pinches of curry powder, stir in and spread over chicken and broccoli.
Step 6
Cover with grated cheese and bake for 20 mins.
