  • half of an onion, half of a tomato, 1 light green chilly, few leaves of coriander or parsley, a pinch of salt, a pinch of turmeric, a pinch of red chilly powder, 2 eggs & olive oil.

Preparation

Step 1

Cut half Onion, half Tomato, 1 Light green chilly's, coriander/parsley finely like mince.

Step 2

In a bowl break 2 eggs & with a help of a fork whisk well till it's fluffy, add the minced onion, tomato, green chilly, coriander/parsley, salt, turmeric, red chilly powder & whisk again

Step 3

In a frying pan add 1 tablespoons of olive oil, let it heat well & pour the egg & masala from the bowl. Let it turn brown well on one side & then with a help of a spatula turn on the other side & cook well. Serve hot with Chapati, Roti, Naan, Bread or with rice & dal.

Please add the red & green chilly as per your preference. Enjoy
