- Generous handful of fresh parsley, chopped.
- 1 Small carton of plain (preferably Greek) yoghurt.

Step 1
Drain and flake tuna, and place in a large bowl.
Step 2
Add the yoghurt and chopped parsley.
Mix well
Step 3
You can now serve immediately or refridgerate fir 30 mminutes.

If exercising calorie control, do not use butter on toast or sandwiches as this dish is quite moist.
This dish will keep for several days in the fridge if covered in cling film between use
