Preparation

Step 1

Cut the salmon into small cubes and place in a bowl.

Step 2

Pour the lemon juice, creme fraiche and the cottage cheese into the bowl. Chop 3 chives finely and 4 sprigs of dill. Mix everything together.

Step 3

Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Then pour the mixture into the individual verrines.

Step 4

Serve cold and decorate the glasses with a stick of chive or dill
